Version 1.2 · Effective October 19, 2026
Changes in 1.2: moderation section rewritten to describe the actual checks, including a review of every finished video before it is shown; reports can be sent through the report page; fixed response times removed.
NeonDanceAI is operated by Clooms (Boulder, Colorado, United States). This policy explains what is not allowed on NeonDanceAI, how we review content, how to report a problem, and what we do about violations. It is part of our Terms of Service.
This policy covers everything you provide to NeonDanceAI (photos) and everything NeonDanceAI generates for you (videos and audio).
You may not use NeonDanceAI to create, upload or share:
- Sexual or NSFW content. Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material. NeonDanceAI does not allow adult content in any form.
- Violent or graphic content. Gore, graphic injury, threats, or content that glorifies violence or self-harm.
- Hate speech. Content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM). Any sexual content involving minors, and any photo of a person under 18.
- Deepfakes and impersonation. Using someone's face, name or voice without their consent; content that pretends to be a real person, brand or organization; content that presents AI output as real footage.
- Copyright and trademark infringement. Content that copies protected characters, brands, logos, songs, recordings, choreography, or the work of real artists, groups or labels without the right to do so. NeonDanceAI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, label or group, and does not permit uploads or outputs that imitate their official materials.
We remove the content and close the account immediately, and report to the authorities where the law requires it, for:
- child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors;
- content promoting terrorism, extremism or mass violence;
- instructions for weapons capable of mass casualties;
- content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred;
- sexual deepfakes of real people made without their consent.
There is no restricted-content tier: adult content is not allowed on NeonDanceAI.
By uploading a photo you confirm that:
- you are 18 or older, and every person in the photo is an adult;
- you own the photo or have the right to use it, and every person shown has agreed to appear;
- the photo does not show a celebrity, public figure or K-pop idol, and is not taken from a film, show, music video or another person's account without permission;
- you do not mix people and pets in one video: each video uses photos of people only (pet videos are not available).
Photos that break these rules may be rejected automatically or removed on review, and the account may be restricted. You are responsible for the photos you upload.
- Uploading photos of people who have not agreed, of celebrities, politicians or other public figures, or of anyone under 18.
- Misleading others into thinking a NeonDanceAI video is real footage, or removing its AI-generated disclosure when you share it.
- Trying to bypass our safety systems, including jailbreak-style topics, or automating accounts to get around limits.
- Reselling access, or using outputs to train competing AI systems.
What the service actually does, in the order it happens:
- Every uploaded photo is checked automatically before it can be used. An image safety service (SeeAPI) screens for nudity and sexual content, and an AI vision model looks for clearly young children, people it recognises with high confidence as celebrities or public figures, graphic violence, hate symbols, and photos with no person in them. If a check cannot run, the photo is rejected, not accepted. These checks are automated and not perfect: the vision check is not an age check and cannot reliably tell a teenager from an adult, and it will not recognise every public figure. You remain responsible for your photos (section 2.4).
- Only then are credits taken and the video requested. The video provider's own content safety filter is switched on for the render.
- The finished video is reviewed before it is saved or shown to you. A video safety filter (SeeAPI) samples frames from it and looks for nudity and sexual content. It samples frames; it does not examine every frame. If the video is flagged, or the review cannot run, the video is not delivered and the credits are returned.
- Photos rejected for sexual content are deleted straight away. Photos rejected for other reasons are kept privately for up to 7 days so the operator can check whether the automatic review was right, then deleted.
We also limit how many videos an account can create at once and per day. Reports and content flagged by these systems are read by the operator of NeonDanceAI (Clooms). We do not run a published schedule of audits.
If a request is blocked, the credits are not charged. If a video cannot be delivered because of a safety issue, the credits are returned.
You can report content or behavior that breaks this policy, including child-safety or terrorism concerns, or if you believe a NeonDanceAI video uses your face, name or work without your permission.
Reports are handled in confidence. We act on reports that show a violation of this policy, and we may disregard reports that are clearly malicious or false. Please include the video link or task ID, what is wrong, and how to reach you.
The support mailbox is read by the operator. We do not promise a fixed response time on this page. Child-safety concerns and sexual deepfakes of real people are looked at first, and where we can see such content we restrict access to it without waiting for a reply.
Depending on severity and history, we may: warn you and ask you to remove or change content; remove the content; reduce your usage limits or reset your credits; suspend your account pending review; permanently close your account; and report to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations. Paid credits may be forfeited for zero-tolerance violations.
If you think we made a mistake, email support@neondanceai.net with the subject "Appeal" within 30 days of our decision. We review it again and reply by email.
We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes to this policy on this page or by email. The version number and date above show the current version.
