NeonDanceAI is operated by Clooms (1942 Broadway St., STE 314C, Boulder, CO 80302, United States). We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). NeonDanceAI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, label or group.

1. Report an infringement

If you believe content on NeonDanceAI (a page, an image or a generated video) infringes your copyright, email support@neondanceai.net with the subject "DMCA notice" and include:

  1. your name, address, email and phone number, and your signature (an electronic signature is fine);
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  3. the exact URL(s) of the content, so that we can find it;
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

You can also use this address to report a photo or video that shows you without your consent, or a trademark or likeness concern. See also our Acceptable Use Policy and report form.

2. What we do

When we receive a complete notice we review it promptly (normally within 3 business days), remove or disable access to the content we find to be infringing, and tell the user who posted it. We may share the notice with that user. Knowingly sending a false notice can make you liable for damages.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, email support@neondanceai.net with the subject "DMCA counter-notice" and include: your name, address, phone and signature; the content that was removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or Colorado, if you are outside the United States). If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the content.

4. Repeat infringers

We restrict or close the accounts of users who are repeatedly found to infringe.
