NeonDanceAI (“we”, “us”) is operated by Clooms (1942 Broadway St., STE 314C, Boulder, CO 80302, United States), and turns two photos into a short AI neon dance video. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose. Contact: support@neondanceai.net.

What we collect

• Account data. Your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google or by email.
• Guest accounts. You can make a video or buy credits without signing in. We then create a guest account that is identified only by a sign-in cookie in your browser (kept for up to one year). If you buy credits as a guest, we link the email you enter at checkout to that guest account so you can recover your credits by signing in with Google using that email. Guest accounts that never made a purchase are deleted after 30 days.
• Photos you upload. The two selfies you add to make a video. We remove location and camera metadata (EXIF) when the photo is uploaded.
• Generated videos and topics. The videos we render for you, the style and quality you chose.
• Consent record. The time and IP address at which you confirmed you have permission to use the photos.
• Payment data. Payments are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Waffo.com Limited. We receive the order, amount and status, never your full card number.
• Usage and device data. Pages viewed, browser and device type, and cookies used to keep you signed in and to measure the site.

How we use it

We use your data to render your videos, run your account and credits, prevent abuse, provide support and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your photos to train our own models.

Photos and how long we keep them

• Your uploaded photos are used to render your videos and for automated safety review and are never published.
• Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, or earlier if you ask us.
• Photos that fail the automatic safety review are removed from use immediately. Photos rejected for sexual content are deleted at once. Photos rejected for other reasons (for example "may show a young child" or "no person found") are kept privately for up to 7 days so the operator can check whether the automatic review was correct, and are then deleted automatically. They are not used to render videos and not used for any other purpose. Apart from the automated safety check itself (see below), they are not shared.
• Generated videos stay in your account so you can download them. You can ask us to delete any video or your whole account at any time.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the providers that make the service work. Each processes the data for us under its own terms:

• Video model: ByteDance Seedance 2.5, reached through the API provider KIE. Receives the two photos you upload (through temporary links to our storage), our fixed reference material and instructions, and returns the finished video. The provider may keep copies for its own period under its own terms, which we do not control; we cannot delete data held by the provider, but we can ask it to.
• Photo safety review: SeeAPI (image moderation) and AI vision models reached through KIE. Each uploaded photo is sent for a check for nudity, clearly young children, public figures, violence and whether a person is visible. This happens for every photo, including photos that are then rejected, so "not shared" above does not apply to this step.
• Video safety review: SeeAPI (video moderation). Receives a temporary link to each finished video and checks a sample of its frames for nudity before the video is saved or shown to you. SeeAPI acts as a processor for this check; we do not send it your name or email.
• Cloud storage and hosting (Cloudflare), email delivery (Cloudflare), payments (Waffo.com Limited) and Google (sign-in and analytics).

We do not sell personal data and we do not give photos to anyone for training models on our behalf. We may disclose data if the law requires it or to protect our users and service. We cannot promise what a third-party provider does with data beyond what is written in its own terms.

AI-generated content

Videos are generated by AI and are labelled as such. Downloaded files include an AI-generated metadata tag.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are necessary for sign-in and security, and analytics cookies (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. We do not grant Google advertising storage or ad personalization.

Analytics storage is off by default. If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, or we cannot determine your country, it stays off until you click Accept in the cookie banner. Elsewhere it is on by default and you can turn it off. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change or withdraw it at any time with "Cookie settings" in the page footer. While analytics is off, we do not send purchase events to analytics and we do not store the utm_source referral cookie (a 30-day cookie that records which campaign brought you here, used for our own signup attribution).

Children

NeonDanceAI is for adults only (18 and over). Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. To use these rights, or to have photos deleted sooner than 30 days, email support@neondanceai.net.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and stored with reputable cloud providers with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your account credentials safe.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you on the site or by email.
